looked through the photos awarded in the competition The Best of Photojournalism 2009 and I have to admit that some shook me reportage Andrea Bruce Fri "Female Circumcision" . As it turns out, Islam in some of their editions, to "cleanse" the girl with the "inadequate or erotic thoughts and actions, makes the clitoris cut out. Actually most frightening is the signature for the end of the last photo:
"We do not know why we do it, but the will never stop Because Islam and our elders require it."
Every self-respecting fundamentalist should have a shirt with this inscription.
Well, Islam seeks only to produce exemplary citizens. Just what is the man who does not need to use their own conscience, to think and decide for yourself, because everything has been invented for him and determined? Can an animal which, without batting an eye stonest his minor daughter, who loved my boyfriend and cold-bloodedly kills teenage gays?
world in which it is assumed that man is evil by nature and can not change where he tricked cut anything that is not for reproduction, is a very sad place.
So what that there is such a part of the brain that is responsible for our free will - in many parts of the world and so is carried out successful operations of its amputation.
